We are a vibrant startup pioneering for the formalization and integration of informal e-waste recycling sector by providing infrastructure and training to e-waste micro-entrepreneurs who lack the resources, knowledge or access to safer and better dismantling practices.

- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in Hindi and English
- Open-minded: Comfortable in reaching out and interacting with different stakeholders, incl. informal sector, recyclers, PROs, authorities, and others

**Key roles and primary responsibilities**:

- Overseeing compliance with Pollution Control Board regulations including EPR Credit Management, filing EPR Returns
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all inward and outward documents, maintaining updated records
- Managing documents necessary for the accounting team and generating invoices and E-Way-Bills
- Updating Proof of Evidence (PoE) for clients on their mobile app for inward documents
- Securing timely renewal of licenses and other registration
- Conducting regular inspections of tools and equipment and ensure maintenance of machinery
- Serving as the primary point of contact for documents/data requests
- Drafting and editing contracts for clients/vendors in collaboration with the Management Board
- Keeping safety compliance data, policies, and assessments up to date
- Supervising material inward-outward activities and enforcing safety standards within the facility
- Implementing facility rules and regulations
- Assisting the Admin Manager in maintaining smooth facility operations
