Flavoured Milk

**Primary Purpose**:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Flavoured Milk / Retort Processing Operator to join our team. As a Flavoured Milk / Retort Processing Operator, your main responsibility will be to organize and supervise the manufacturing activities of Sterilized Flavoured Milk.

**Key Accountabilities/Activities**:
**Manufacturing Supervision**:

- Organize and supervise the manufacturing activities of Sterilized Flavoured Milk.
- Maintain specified acidity, taste, flavor, ingredient quantity, and temperature control during the process and storage.

**Hygiene and Product Quality**:

- Maintain proper hygienic conditions and housekeeping in the section.
- Ensure correct weighment and hygienic packing of the products.
- Maintain the process equipment and Deep freeze in a proper state of hygiene.

**Documentation and Accounting**:

- Ensure proper accounting of the products as well as secondary ingredients.
- Fill detailed logbooks during each shift.
- Maintain a separate logbook for sterilized bottles.

**Flexibility and Collaboration**:

- Perform all jobs assigned by seniors from time to time.
- Maintain proper discipline in the section.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Proper cleaning and sanitation of all process equipment along with packing equipment.
- Strictly follow product recipes.
- Account for all ingredients consumed.

**Work Relations**:
**Internal**:

- Reporting to production manager for all Functional as well as administrative purposes.
- Second level reporting to COO
- Interface with Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, Procurement, Engineering teams
- Interface with HR Teams
- Plant HRBP, Facility Teams

**Qualification**:

- **Essential**:_ITI / XII / Graduate

**Experience**:

- **Essential**:_5 to 7 Years in Production of Flavoured Milk & Operations of Retort_

**Work Environment**:24 X 6 (6 days a week)

**Shift Details**:General Shift. (09:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
