- Oversee daily operations of the QSR outlet, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
- Implement and enforce hygiene and safety protocols.
- **Team Management**:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of front-line staff.
- Schedule and organize staff shifts to optimize operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience.
- **Inventory and Supply Chain**:

- Manage inventory levels and ordering to prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality and timely deliveries.
- Implement cost-effective inventory control measures.
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Develop and execute promotional activities to drive sales.
- Analyze sales trends and suggest improvements for revenue growth.
