Freshers Opening for Telesales

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telecalling Sales Representatives to join our team. The Telecalling Sales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting our products/services, and closing sales deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads lists.
Engage with prospects to introduce and promote our products/services.
**Sales Pitch**:
Deliver effective and persuasive sales pitches to potential customers.
Clearly explain the features and benefits of our products/services.
**Lead Qualification**:
Qualify leads to identify genuine sales opportunities.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
**Closing Sales**:
Use effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Handle objections and provide solutions to customer concerns.
**Follow-Up**:
Conduct follow-up calls to potential customers who have shown interest but not yet made a purchase.
Ensure timely follow-up on sales leads and inquiries.
**Reporting**:
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Track sales performance and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident with a positive attitude.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
