Aid Worker

An International Aid Worker is responsible for providing humanitarian aid and support to those affected by natural disasters, conflicts, and other emergencies. The role requires traveling to different parts of the world to provide assistance, collaborating with local organizations, and working with individuals and communities to provide relief and support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement aid programs that address the needs of communities affected by disasters, conflicts, and other emergencies.
- Collaborate with local organizations and government agencies to provide assistance and support to affected communities.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop project proposals and budgets.
- Manage and supervise program staff and volunteers.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and regulations.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including donors, partner organizations, and government agencies.
- Ensure program accountability and transparency through regular monitoring and evaluation.
- Represent the organization in meetings and events with partners, donors, and other stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Development, Public Health, Social Work, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in humanitarian aid work, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Experience working in developing countries and with diverse cultures and communities.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project design, proposal writing, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in a second language is preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in challenging environments.

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
