We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer with an academic background in MA Literature. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about communication, personal development, and empowering others with essential soft skills to succeed professionally and personally.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct interactive training sessions on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to diverse audiences.
- **Content Development**:

- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, role-plays, case studies, and activities.
- Customize content to meet the specific needs of individuals and organizations.
- **Literature-Inspired Techniques**:

- Leverage literary knowledge to enhance storytelling and engagement during training sessions.
- Use literary examples and narratives to teach soft skills concepts effectively.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Evaluate participants’ progress through role-plays, group discussions, and assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback to help participants improve and grow.
- **Program Improvement**:

- Gather feedback to continually improve training programs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in soft skills training and incorporate them into sessions.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong storytelling and engagement abilities.
- Ability to inspire and motivate individuals and teams.
- Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness.
- Proficiency in basic tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Master of Arts (MA) in Literature, English, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in soft skills training, personality development, or related areas (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Freshers with a strong passion for teaching and training are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or public speaking is a plus.
