Telesales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Lead Generation**:
- Contact potential customers through outbound calls (cold calling, follow-up calls) to promote QSR products/services.
- Qualify leads and convert prospects into regular customers.
- Maintain an active pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Provide product information and offer tailored solutions based on customer preferences and needs.
- Monitor customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
- **Sales Support & Administration**:
- Update and maintain customer information and sales activity records in the CRM system.
- Prepare and send quotations, promotions, and special offers to potential clients.
- Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Support the team with market intelligence and competitor insights.
- **Promotions and Marketing**:
- Drive awareness of promotional offers, discounts, and new product launches via phone outreach.
- Assist in promoting the QSR brand and its values to potential customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers based on their preferences and purchase history.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales within the QSR or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to sell in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Experience with CRM software and basic office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of the QSR industry and its products is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
