We are seeking a **semi-skilled **Flexo Label Printing Machine **Assistant Operator** to join our team. As a Flexo Label Printing Machine **Assistant Operator,** you will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing equipment to produce high-quality labels according to specifications. Your primary duties will include setting up the printing press, adjusting printing parameters, monitoring the printing process, and ensuring that finished labels meet quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and prepare flexographic printing press for production runs.
- Load and unload printing materials, including ink and label stock.
- Adjust printing press settings, such as speed, tension, and ink viscosity, to achieve desired print quality.
- Monitor the printing process to ensure proper registration, color accuracy, and print consistency.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on printing equipment to keep it in optimal condition.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make adjustments as needed to minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished labels for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production records, including job orders, material usage, and machine settings.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
