**Interior Draftsman**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed drawings for interior works, including kitchen cupboards, wardrobes, coats, side tables, dining tables, TV cabinets, etc.
- Create accurate drawings for landscapes and other related elements
- Prepare cutting lists for various interior components
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Utilize AutoCAD, 3D Max, MS Office, and other relevant software to create and modify drawings
- Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards, building codes, and project specifications
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from clients and project teams Maintain accurate and organized documentation of drawings and related project files
- Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and software advancements

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Interior Draftsman with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Proficient in creating detailed drawings for various interior elements
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D Max, MS Office, and other relevant software
- Familiarity with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications
- Ability to interpret and understand architectural and design plans
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing drawings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Knowledge of preparing cutting lists for interior components is required

**Qualification**: Bachelors or Diploma

Salary Range: 15,000 to 21,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
