Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership and Strategic Planning:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the ICT department in alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.
- Develop and implement ICT strategies, policies, and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the ICT team.
- Technology Infrastructure and Operations:

- Oversee the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, systems, and security.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of technology systems and services to meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and optimize ICT operations to enhance performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Information Systems and Applications:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify ICT requirements, prioritize projects, and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals and user needs.
- Cybersecurity and Data Protection:

- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and measures to protect the organization's information assets, networks, and systems from cyber threats and data breaches.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and security audits to identify and mitigate security risks and compliance issues.
- Promote cybersecurity awareness and training programs to educate employees and enhance security culture.
- Team Management and Development:

- Recruit, train, and mentor ICT staff to build a high-performing team with the skills and expertise needed to support organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to empower team members and foster career growth.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity, creativity, and innovation.
- Vendor Management and Partnerships:

- Evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure the quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of outsourced ICT products and services.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors, industry associations, and academic institutions to stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and innovative solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
