Share Market Sales Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Share Market Sales Representative to join our talented sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our cutting-edge share market software solutions to a diverse clientele. Your main objective will be to build strong relationships with prospects and clients, ultimately closing deals and achieving sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
Business Development: Identify and engage potential customers in the financial industry, including investors, brokers, asset managers, and trading firms, to promote our share market software products.
Consultative Selling: Understand clients' unique requirements, challenges, and goals, and present tailored solutions to address their needs effectively.
Product Presentation: Deliver compelling product demonstrations, highlighting the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our share market software.
Pipeline Management: Proactively manage sales pipelines, diligently tracking leads, opportunities, and progress to ensure timely follow-ups and maximized conversion rates.
Negotiation and Closing: Employ persuasive negotiation techniques to close sales deals and secure long-term commitments from clients.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive and lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral and incorporate customer feedback into product improvement initiatives.
**Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the software industry, preferably within the finance or share market domain.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of share market trading, financial instruments, and investment strategies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver impactful presentations and engage clients effectively.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a deep understanding of consultative selling techniques.
Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Self-Motivated: A proactive and self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally to attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
**Salary**: From ₹8,000.00 per month
