**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for operation and monitoring of Raw Mills / Cement Mills and Kiln / Coal Mills 1, 2 & 3 process parameters in shifts. Log in production data in SAP. Maintaining hourly log sheet of Raw Mills / Cement Mills and Kiln and Coal mills 1,2 & 3 parameters, corrective and preventive actions for abnormal situations / alarms, interact with concerned maintenance department for shift problem, production reporting, entry of laboratory data in log sheets from SAP. Attending the problems during shift in the field and participating in WCM activities.

**Job Context & Major Challenges**:
Rajashree Cement is one of the single largest cement plants with an installed capacity to produce 4.2 million tons of cement /annum with captive power plant (38.5 MW) and mines, employing approximately 850 people. It manufactures a range of premium brand of cement and enjoys a reputation of giving value for money. It is one of the largest cement plant at a single location in the country. Rajashree Cement has opted for the Best World Class Technology equipment right from its inception.

The plant consists of 3 Lines, currently producing 2800, 3775 & 4800 tpd as against design of 2200, 3000 & 3500 tpd respectively.

**KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)**

**Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)**
- KRA1- Accountability:Production and Quality.
- Monitoring of Raw Mill / Cement Mill and Kiln / Coal Mill 1,2 & 3 process parameters for production optimization and quality control.- Close monitoring of process parameters i.e draft, temperatures, power etc. along with process trends.
- Corrective and preventive action for abnormal situation / alarms.
- Interact with concerned maintenance department for shift problems.
- KRA2- Cost Control.
- Identifying and bringing to the notice of Section Head for unnecessary interlocks / idle running of equipments.- Continuous monitoring of trends along with process parameters.
- Ensure running of power saving equipment in SPRS.
- Running Raw Mills / Cement Mills and Kilns / Coolers 1,2&3 in Fuzzy logic control.
- KRA3- Process Maintenance Jobs.
- Coordination for Refractory work in shutdown activities and shutdown jobs at various places.- Supervise for correct installation of bricks / castables.
- Take no load trials of standby equipments.
- Changeovers whenever required.
- Co-ordination for shutdown activities assigned.
- KRA4- House keeping and Environmental / Safety.
- Practice of good house keeping standards with reference to spillages / leakages etc. and environment / safety performance in the section / team area.- Monitor performance of dust control equipments i.e, GCT, ESP, Dust collectors, CO tripping.
- Using personal protective equipments.
- Participating in WCM activities.
- KRA5- 5.System Implementation:

- The system requirements of ISO, EMS, OHSAS, SA 8000 and WCM systems in Raw Mills / Cement Mills and Kiln / Coal Mills 1,2 & 3 thorough the involvement of employees for improving plant working and quality standard.- Identify and improvement study and kaizen.
- Identify & get rectified.- Abnormalities.
- Spillage/leakages.
- Unsafe conditions/practices.

5S activities.- Points emerged in compaigns..
