Prt Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Manage student behavior effectively and establish routines that support learning.
- Monitor student attendance and ensure a disciplined environment.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Prepare and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding.
- Provide timely feedback and grades to students and maintain accurate records of student performance.
- Use assessment data to guide instructional planning and improve teaching practices.
- **Student Support**:

- Identify and support students with learning difficulties or special needs.
- Provide additional help and guidance to students as needed.
- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
- Stay updated with the latest educational methodologies and best practices in primary education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, ideas, and strategies.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and concerns.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings, school events, and staff meetings as required.
- Work collaboratively with school staff and administration to enhance the educational experience.

Qualifications:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field.
- D.Ed. (Diploma in Education) or B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree from a recognized institution.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
