**Job Title**: Executive Assistant to Pro Vice Chairman

**Job Overview**: The Executive Assistant to the Director plays a critical role in providing administrative and organizational support to the Director of the school. This position involves managing various tasks to facilitate the smooth functioning of the school's administrative office and supporting the Director in their daily responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Calendar Management**: Maintain the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and events, and ensure efficient time management.

3. **Documentation and Records**: Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations for the Director. Maintain confidential records and files.

4. **Meeting Support**: Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and workshops, including logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-up on action items.

5. **Travel Coordination**: Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for the Director, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

6. **Financial Management**: Assist in budget monitoring, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping as directed by the Director.

7. **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and organizing school events, fundraisers, and special programs.

8. **Administrative Support**: Handle general administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, processing invoices, and maintaining office equipment.

9. **Project Assistance**: Support the Director in various projects, research, and initiatives as needed.

10. **Information Dissemination**: Ensure timely dissemination of information, updates, and directives to staff, students, and parents on behalf of the Director.

11. **Confidentiality**: Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters related to the school.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is desirable.
- Proficiency in office software and technology, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and professionalism in dealing with confidential information.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
