**Responsibilities**:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels like cold calling, networking, and following up on leads.

Building Relationships: Develop strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and pain points.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of your products or services. Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals.

Account Management: Maintain and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.

Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, consistently exceeding quotas and contributing to overall company growth.

Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and analyze data to identify trends and develop winning sales strategies.

**Additional duties may include**:
Traveling to meet clients at their locations.

Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments.

Participating in sales training and professional development opportunities.

Collaborating with internal teams like marketing and customer service to ensure a seamless sales experience.

**Customer Service and Sales**:
Ensure a positive and professional experience for all showroom visitors.

Provide in-depth knowledge of the products and answer customer questions.

Assist customers with selecting products and potentially closing sales.

Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

**Showroom Management**:
Create visually appealing and effective showroom displays that showcase products and promote sales.

Maintain the overall look and feel of the showroom, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Manage inventory levels, including placing orders, receiving stock, and tracking product movement.

Oversee daily operations, such as opening and closing the showroom, security measures, and cash handling.

**Team Leadership**:
Train and coach showroom staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.

Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and performance goals.

Create a positive and productive work environment for the showroom staff.

Delegate tasks and oversee the work of other showroom staff.

**Other Responsibilities**:
Monitor sales performance metrics and reports.

Collaborate with other departments like marketing and sales to ensure smooth showroom operations.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

May participate in product demonstrations or presentations.
