As an IT Technician for Fluid CGI/NZD your primary responsibilities include:
**Cybersecurity Responsibilities**:
Ø Implementing and managing security measures to protect against cyber threats, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.

Ø Conducting regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.

Ø Responding to security incidents, conducting investigations, and implementing corrective actions.

Ø Developing and enforcing cybersecurity policies and procedures.

Ø Staying up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends and advising on security improvements.

**IT Support Responsibilities**:
Ø Providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operations of design software (or relevant software).

Ø Managing and maintaining computer systems, servers, and network devices, ensuring they are secure and up-to-date.

Ø Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.

Ø Documenting user requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory.

Ø Providing end-user training on IT best practices and security measures.

Ø All software licenses must be updated regularly.

Ø Managing Server, maintenance and regular backup.

Ø Vendor Management system.

Ø Testing and checking of all functions of PCs and Printers and all other checks and/or repairs as may be necessary for the smooth functioning.

**Qualification**:
Ø To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Ø Proven experience as an IT Technician with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity.

Ø Familiarity with security tools and technologies.

Ø Knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure.

Ø Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ø Ability to work independently and in a team.

Ø Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest security standards.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
