IT Administrator

We are looking for an IT/System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

**Your goal will be to ensure that our IT/System infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.**

**Job description**:
1. Must have knowledge of Exchange server installation & configuration

2. Must have knowledge of SCCM server installation & configuration

3. Must have knowledge of the O365 admin panel & G-suit Admin Panel.

4. Must have knowledge of firewalls (Sophos, Fortigate) configuration

5. Must have knowledge of Outlook configuration.

6. Must have knowledge of Wi-Fi routers & access points configuration

7. Must have knowledge of O365 & Exchange server Hybrid Mode.

8. Must have an expert on Windows & Mac Operating Systems.

9. Must have knowledge of ADDC server installation & configuration

10. Must have knowledge of IT Infra (Hardware & Software)
- Proven experience as IT Administrator or relevant position.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Hands on experience with Sophos devices and firewalls.
- Basic troubleshooting on VPN Tunnel issues (site2site).
- Hands on experience and good troubleshooting skills for Microsoft exchange servers.
- Excellent communication ability.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.

**Salary**: ₹9,610.54 - ₹39,754.36 per month
