**Role Responsibilities**:

- To Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client’s satisfaction
- To promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- To develop entry-level staff into valuable sales resources.
- To Conduct research to identify new markets and client’s needs.
- To arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- To Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- To keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc on regular basis and update the same to the reporting manager.
- Bidding on Freelance, Fiverr, Upwork and other freelance portals on daily basis to acquire projects and converting those projects into long term sales

**Requirements and skills**:

- Must have proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive and bidding or in a relevant role.
- Must have Proven International sales track record.
- Must have bidding experience on bidding platforms (up work, freelance, PPH, Guru).
- Must have experience in managing the daily reporting & Tracking of assigned task.
- Must have Proficiency in English and excellent communication skill.
- Must have International Market knowledge.
- Knowledge of drafting business proposals

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abohar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
