**Overview**:
As a Junior Design Architect, you will play a crucial role in our architectural team by contributing fresh ideas, designs, and solutions to various projects. You'll work closely with senior architects and designers to develop architectural plans, create models, and produce design drawings. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our architectural projects meet client requirements, industry standards, and aesthetic expectations.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of architectural designs.
- Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Participate in site visits and assist in conducting feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with senior architects to create project proposals, presentations, and design solutions.
- Contribute to the development of design concepts and construction documents.
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other team members to achieve project goals.
- Conduct research on materials, products, and building systems to support design decisions.
- Participate in client meetings and effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of project specifications and contract documents.
- Support the review and processing of shop drawings and material samples.
- Contribute to the maintenance and organization of project files, drawings, and related documents.
- Participate in design review meetings and provide input to enhance project outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and design.
- Adhere to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

**Required qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit software.
- Strong grasp of architectural design principles and building construction materials.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Ability to produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings and documentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity and design.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends.
- Previous internship or practical experience in an architectural firm is an advantage.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing design and technical skills is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other graphic or rendering software is a bonus.
- Professional certification or licensure in architecture is desirable.
