**Qualification**: M.Sc. in Chemistry /Master in Food Technology

**Experience**:5 to 10 Years

**Salary**:Depends on last package and total work experience.

**Location**: Goa
- Manage food chemistry testing laboratory and work Experience in operation of LCMS, ICPMS, HPLC, GC-MS-MS & other instruments.
- Follow proper operating procedures to prepare and analyse food samples.
- Conduct research and analyse the chemistry of ingredients to develop and improve foods and beverages.
- Bench chemistry, as well as instrumentation, is used to fulfil the testing requirements.
- Position are focused around ensuring that the different products being test pass the specifications put in place by the FDA, USFDA, FSSAI
- Develop standardization and calibration procedures for equipment & implementation of Quality management system,
- Utilize GC-MS-MS, FID, FT-IR, and ChemDraw, LCMS etc.
- Analyse incoming projects to provide identification data such as FT-IR for certification purposes.
- Scheduling staff.
- Ordering supplies.
- Managing the disposal of samples.
- Training lab assistants.
- Upholding health and safety protocols.
- Handling security documents.
- Maintaining specialized software.
- Excellent managerial skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Expert knowledge of laboratory health and safety protocols.
- Experience working in a lab would be advantageous.
