**For our upcoming Micro Nutrients Plant at Raipur, Chhattisgarh**

**Requisite Competencies**:

- Should have sound knowledge about Micro Nutrients Fertilizers.
- Preparing test solutions, compounds, and reagents for conducting tests and advising and coordinating test procedures.
- Working Knowledge of ISI Standards.
- Working Knowledge of Fertilizer Control Order - FCO, 1985 - the testing methodology mentioned in the FCO.
- Determining chemical and physical properties, compositions, structures, relationships and reactions of organic and inorganic compounds.
- Knowledge to using these equipment's: Muffle Furnace, Hot Plate, Oven,
- Spectrophotometer, Digestion, pH Meter, Conductivity Meter, Heating Mantle, Water Bath, Filter Assembly, AAS Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer etc.
- Have to knowledge about Microscope, Colony Counter, Bacterial Count, Fungus Count,Laminar, and Autoclave.
- Ability to do Titration Testing for any sample.
- Responsible for testing samples at factory when be requirement.
- Evaluating and ensuring compliance with laboratory safety procedures and standards.
- A Bachelor degree in chemistry, agriculture or diploma in microbiology or related field, with further education being advantageous.
- Proficiency with computers and scientific equipment.
- Good presentation, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum Experience of 1 year with Agrochemical or Fertilizers industry.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
