**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support: Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the executive team to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives. Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize both electronic and physical files. Ensure all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
- Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of office equipment, order office supplies, and ensure a clean and orderly work environment.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation for executives.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and provide general information to inquiries.
- Financial Tasks: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, handling petty cash, and preparing expense reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional attitude and appearance

**Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
