- Strong knowledge of the fundafundamentalsommercial refrigeration practice and theory.
- Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocol
- Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Responsible for identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Responsible for diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Responsible for cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements
- Assisting with customers' queries.
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.

**Additional Information**
- High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.
- 3+ year experience as an Kitchen technician, and willingness to continue education in Engineering field.
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
- Profound knowledge of how various types of kitchen and refrigeration equipment work.
- Strong ability to prioritize assigned task for increased job delivery.
- Exceptional ability to properly investigate problems with food equipment, discover the issue and correct it.
