2. Minimum handle 40+ Associate and 3000 shipments

3. Responsible for running the Station operations.

4. Managing DA's schedules, performance & job assignments.

5. Job scheduling, assignment & performance monitoring.

6. Achieving performance metrics through constant monitoring.

7. Address seller/merchant escalations.

8. Manage leave calendar & weekly offs & ensure field activities are carried out without any hindrances.

9. Ensure set practices are implemented & followed to the core.

10.MIS reports generation & sharing with internal & external stakeholders.

11. Coordinate with Central ops for performance metrics & exceptions if any

For Surat
- Salary 18,613+ 350 mobile allowance

For Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad Salary 18,614 + 500 Attendance bonus + 350 mobile allowance

Qualification
- minimum Graduate

Exp
- min 3-4yrs

**Salary**: ₹18,614.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
