Inside Sales Executive
The following is the job description for Inside Sales Executive:
Basic Responsibilities:
1) Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and
following up on leads. 2) Upselling products and services. 3) Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. 4) Answering potential customers' questions & queries
5) Keeping up with product information. 6) Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. 7) Researching and qualifying new leads. 8) Closing sales and achieving sales targets. Requirements:
1) Graduate in any stream
2) Minimum experience of 2 years in outbound calling
3) Keen interest in sales as a profession
4) Strong computer literacy
5) Good working knowledge of MS Excel
6) Strong communication skills
About Target Publications Pvt. Ltd.:
Target Publications Pvt. Ltd. is a 2006 established education publishing house based out
of Mulund, Mumbai. In the last 15 years, Target has become a name to reckon with in
academic books for the Maharashtra State Board. We have 500+ titles ranging from
children books to competitive exam books. In 2020-21, we sold more than 2.5 million
books and we are now looking at people who could join 175+ Targetians in our mission to
keep growing this number and transform more lives of the children of our country.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mulund West, Mulund West - 400080, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
