**Role Description: Oracle Cloud ERP HCM Functional Consultant (Learning and Data Load)**

Overall experience of 4 to 9 years in Oracle EBS and Cloud HCM Functional Consultant.

Must have at least 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience in Supporting Cloud ERP/ HCM modules

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting (Production Support and Enhancement) Cloud ERP/ HCM Applications

**Specific Skills Required**:

- Expert hands-on Functional Production Support experience in Oracle Cloud ERP Applications
- Should have at least 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Module implementation as a Functional Consultant and should have worked on at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Should have worked on key OLM Configurations:

- Lookups
- Key Fellfields
- Creating Business Groups and Organizations
- Creating Locations
- Creating a Business Group
- Creating a Training Organization
- Class and Enrollment Status Setup
- Creating and Maintaining Learner Groups
- Catalog Requirements
- Creating a Calendar
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP functionality and process
- Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Module functionality.
- Conduct Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Oracle Learning module.
- Successfully implemented Learning module for both India and UK clients.
- Implement the Oracle HCM Cloud Learning & Development modules, including but not limited to Learning Management, Course Catalog, and Development Planning and Data Load expertise.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the Oracle Learning & a Development modules, ensuring they are functioning optimally and meeting business requirements
- Work with HR and business stakeholders to understand learning and development requirements and provide solutions using the Oracle Cloud Learning & Development suite
- Develop and deliver end-user training for the Learning & Development modules
- Ensure data privacy and security for all employee learning and development data within the modules
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Oracle HCM Cloud Learning & Development product suite and share knowledge with the HR and technology teams.
