**About the Role**:

**The Team**:
Contract Signatories team in Gurugram, is responsible for managing countersignature workflow as per our global signing policy. We are the one of the core teams globally, that conducts signing operations for different type of contract records and paperwork’s. Our stakeholders have a worldwide footprint, which makes us critical to function in timely manner. Also, team participates in reporting & special projects.

**The Impact**:
Contracts are legally binding documents between customer and S&P Global, which makes our work crucial to get them executed correctly on time.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for getting E-signatures and wet signatures from authorized signatories
Working closely with Sales, Order Management & Legal to ensure valid execution of contract
Coordination with stakeholders and signatories for signatures
Sharing of countersigned copies with our customers worldwide
Handling queries from all the stakeholders to support signature process

**What We’re Looking For**:
Graduate or Postgraduate
Fluency in English
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritize and attention to detail
Ready to be a Team player
Familiarity of Microsoft office
Problem-solving attitude
