**Position Overview**:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.

**Menu Knowledge**:

- Have a thorough knowledge of the menu, including specials and promotions.
- Assist guests in making food and beverage choices.

**Table Maintenance**:

- Ensure that tables are clean and set up properly before and after each guest.
- Monitor and replenish table items, such as napkins, condiments, and water glasses.

**Billing and Payment**:

- Present bills to guests and process payments.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

**Teamwork**:

- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
