**Roles and Responsibilities:

**1. **Patient Counseling**:

- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with patients undergoing fertility treatments.
- Assess and address the psychological impact of infertility, treatment protocols, and potential outcomes.
- Provide emotional support and coping strategies to help patients navigate the challenges of fertility treatments.

**2. **Psychosocial Assessment**:

- Perform psychosocial assessments to understand the emotional and mental well-being of patients.
- Identify factors contributing to stress, anxiety, or depression related to fertility issues.

**3. **Collaboration with Medical Team**:

- Collaborate with fertility specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
- Attend case conferences to discuss patient progress and contribute insights from a psychological perspective.

**4. **Education and Guidance**:

- Educate patients about the emotional aspects of fertility treatments, potential stressors, and coping mechanisms.
- Provide guidance on lifestyle modifications and stress reduction techniques to enhance overall well-being.

**5. **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and any relevant information in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
