**About this opportunity**:
This role is responsible for providing engineering Service functions to support the Service to the customer by analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. The role will have responsibility to meet with the customer while also leading the interface with the Ericsson Service Delivery Unit (SDU) to secure performance and lifecycle of the Service.

**What you will do**:
**Network & IS/IT Infrastructure LCM**:

- Coordinating the “live” network and IS/IT medium
- and long-term infrastructure evolution plan, based on the demand growth and new technology / functionality’s introduction forecast, aligned with Ericsson Strategy.
- Supporting customer on strategic decisions regarding infrastructure evolution, enhancement, or additions as required.
- Responsible to validate and approve the capacity and availability plans for the live network and IS/IT infrastructure.
- Drive innovation initiatives to provide new or enhances services to the customer based on the network, and IS/IT infrastructure.

**Planning & Design Delivery Management**:

- Operational Management function for end-to-end planning, design, engineering and optimization activities to be performed on the live network, and IS/IT infrastructure according to the service contracts for the specific customer.
- Delivery Performance Management. Based on the contractual SLA, establish the WLA between the Engineering & IS/IT delivery units and the MSCLT and monitor the delivery performance according to MS governance model.

**Special Project Planning & Design**:

- Special Projects Capacity and Performance Assessment.
- Support Special Project Requirement Analysis.
- Develop Special Project Business Proposal.
- Special Project High Level & Low level Design.
- High Level & Low
- level Infrastructure Capability Design.

**Customer solution design**:

- Support Customer Requirement Analysis.
- Customer Solution High Level Design.
- Customer Solution 3rd Level Support.
- Support to align to Ericsson Global solution designs.

**Analytics, Automation Design & Modelling**:

- Lead the creation of business scenarios to drive outcomes through automation to support existing and new services.
- Participate in understanding and brainstorming business scenarios with available data to arrive at applicable use cases that can be applied to the Service.
- Lead the discussion on the success criteria for use case creation using the available data to drive automation and contribute to the financial and Service impact on the contract.

**You will bring**:

- The technical management of the Service throughout its lifecycle. Includes roadmap, change / release management, demand and capacity management, deployment and termination, along with the required testing and evaluation of the Service to support the customer experience.
- Support the Service Operations Governance both internally and with the customer for the Service Performance in the contract, to also include Program & Demand Management.
