Ctp Operator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled CTP Operator to join our printing and publishing team. The CTP Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer-to-plate (CTP) equipment to ensure high-quality and timely output of print material.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain CTP equipment including plate processors, imaging equipment, and computer systems to ensure quality output of print material.
- Ensure that all output meets required specifications, including color accuracy, resolution, and image clarity.
- Work closely with prepress, press, and finishing teams to ensure timely and efficient production of print material.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and equipment maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and order additional materials as needed.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve workflow efficiency and quality output.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, associate's or bachelor's degree in graphic design, printing technology, or a related field is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience operating CTP equipment in a printing and publishing environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and management.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Agra, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
