**Responsibilities**:

- Directs, coaches, supports, supervises, and evaluates all direct reports, in collaboration with the Sous Chef.
- Demonstrates excellent food knowledge and understanding of culinary terms.
- Reads, understands, follows, and prepares company recipes to maintain quality and consistency.
- Proficiently completes tasks and works efficiently.
- Works in any kitchen section, coordinating and supervising team members.
- Undertakes daily recipe reviews and maintains immaculate recipe folders.
- Ensures compliance with recipe instructions and maintains quality.
- Controls production levels, recommends improvements, and ensures cost control.
- Prepares electronic food requisitions, verifies deliveries, and reports discrepancies.
- Ensures compliance with public health standards and HACCP program.
- Reports for duty on time, follows supervisor's instructions, and maintains personal appearance and hygiene.

**Financial Responsibilities**:

- Manages costs through proper use and maintenance of resources.
- Identifies expense reductions and establishes controls.
- Reviews timesheets, prepares reports, and ensures correct requisitioning.

**Motivational Responsibilities**:

- Monitors and manages assigned workstation functions.
- Observes and evaluates staff and procedures to ensure quality standards.
- Makes recommendations for personnel actions and inspects work areas for efficiency and standards compliance.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience in upscale hospitality, including 2+ years as Chef Tournant.
- Culinary school degree preferred.
- Strong management skills in diverse environments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Superior customer service, teambuilding, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in personalized service principles and guest satisfaction evaluation.
- Effective planning, coaching, organizing, and staffing skills.
- Intermediate computer software proficiency.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Ability to write reports and establish rapport with senior officers and corporate office.

**Salary**: From ₹50,000.00 per month
