- Identify potential suppliers and conduct negotiations for favorable terms.
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and evaluate their performance.
- Generate purchase orders based on approved requisitions and contracts.
- Ensure accuracy of order details, including quantities, specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
- Review and analyze supplier contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Work closely with the inventory or warehouse team to monitor stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage lead times and avoid stockouts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
- Bachelor's degree Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
