Showroom Incharge

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Laundry Showroom Executive to join our team. As a Laundry Showroom Executive, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, promoting our laundry products, and managing the day-to-day operations of our showroom. This role requires a combination of sales skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering excellent service to our valued customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide detailed information about our laundry products and services.

Listen to customer inquiries and concerns, offering appropriate solutions and recommendations.

Stay up-to-date with the latest laundry equipment and technologies.

Be well-informed about the features and benefits of our products.

Demonstrate the proper use and care of laundry equipment to customers.

Effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential customers.

Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Upsell additional products or services where appropriate.

Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Arrange products and displays to maximize visual appeal.

Restock inventory as needed.

Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

Process transactions and handle payment transactions.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.

Ensure that all showroom activities comply with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.

Proven 1 year experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a retail environment or in a **Dry Cleaning Center**.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new laundry equipment.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

A professional appearance and demeanor.

Basic computer skills for sales and inventory tracking.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
