**Job Summary**:
The Corporate Trainer
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead IT Training Programs**:
- Deliver engaging and effective IT training sessions to students across various levels, ensuring up-to-date content and relevant teaching methods.
- Design, develop, and update training materials and course content based on industry trends and student needs.
- **Manage and Supervise Tutors**:
- Oversee the performance and activities of IT tutors, providing guidance and support in their teaching methods.
- Conduct regular training sessions for tutors to ensure they are aligned with best practices and course objectives.
- Evaluate tutor performance and provide feedback to ensure high teaching standards are maintained.
- **Curriculum Development & Improvement**:
- Collaborate with senior management to design and improve IT curriculum based on feedback, student performance, and industry developments.
- Ensure that training programs are aligned with organizational goals and educational standards.
- **Student Support and Development**:
- Provide one-on-one or group support to students who may need extra assistance with course material.
- Monitor student progress and offer feedback, including regular assessments and reports.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Manage departmental schedules, including the allocation of training resources and tutors for sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- **Stay Current with Industry Trends**:
- Continuously update personal IT knowledge and skills, staying informed of emerging technologies and teaching methodologies.
- Incorporate new technology and tools into the training curriculum to enhance learning outcomes.
- **Foster a Positive Learning Environment**:
- Create an inclusive, engaging, and motivating learning atmosphere for both students and tutors.
- Resolve any student or tutor issues, fostering a supportive, productive team dynamic.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- **Experience**:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in IT training or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching and curriculum development.
- Previous experience managing or leading a team of tutors or educators is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
