**Position: Female Telecaller (Sales)**

**Language**:English fluency mandatory; Hindi and Marathi proficiency advantageous.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years in sales preferred.
- Successful track record in meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
- Telemarketing/sales experience preferred, but newcomers welcome.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Address customer inquiries, suggest products/services.
- Meet sales targets, adapt to new strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Resilience in handling rejection.
- Basic computer skills.
- Negotiation and teamwork abilities.
- Positive attitude and work ethic.

**Salary/Benefits**:

- Up to 3 LPA + performance incentives.
- Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
- Yearly bonus based on performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
