As a Video Editor Intern, you will work closely with our video production team to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand objectives. This internship offers hands-on experience in video editing, production workflows, and creative collaboration. You will have the opportunity to learn industry-standard editing software, develop your editing skills, and contribute to various video projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit raw footage into polished video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials. Use editing software to trim, splice, and enhance video sequences while maintaining visual consistency and brand standards.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Collaborate with the video production team, including producers, directors, and cinematographers, to understand project requirements and objectives. Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance the quality and impact of video content.
- **Post-Production Tasks**: Assist with post-production tasks such as color correction, audio mixing, and adding visual effects or graphics to enhance the final output. Ensure that video content meets technical specifications and quality standards for distribution.
- **Asset Management**: Organize and manage video assets, including raw footage, graphics, and audio files. Maintain an organized file structure and adhere to best practices for version control and project documentation.
- **Deadline Management**: Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliverables. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and address any challenges or delays that may arise during the editing process.
- **Learning and Development**: Take initiative to expand your skills and knowledge in video editing techniques, software tools, and industry trends. Seek feedback from mentors and peers to continuously improve your editing capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in Video Editing Software**: Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Familiarity with editing techniques, transitions, and effects.
- **Creative Eye**: Strong visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to convey emotions, messages, and narratives through visual elements and editing techniques.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to take direction, provide input, and contribute to the creative process.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to articulate ideas, provide feedback, and follow instructions from supervisors and colleagues.
- **Time Management**: Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Creative Portfolio**: Strong portfolio showcasing video editing projects or samples of your work. Examples may include personal projects, class assignments, or previous internships.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a degree or coursework in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience with video editing or production, either through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, visual effects, or animation software is a plus.
- Passion for storytelling, visual communication, and multimedia content creation

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
