**Roles and Responsibilities**:
One SCT Agent would be responsible for coordination with respective FO and cover spokes on daily basis for sample collection and transport the samples to respective NTEP testing facilities for TB testing and UDST, and deliver the test reports back to Hub Agents/PPs. Support Treatment Coordinators for medicine refill to patients.

**Educational Qualification**:

Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
