**Working Hours**:Full-time, UK Timings (12:30 PM IST to 9 PM)

**Experience**: 3-4 years

**Salary**: INR 5.5 - 6 lakhs, per annum.

My Digital Shelf is a leading platform in the B2B FMCG industry, specializing in events, conferences, and media engagements. Our mission is to provide consumer goods brands with effective digital strategies, utilizing a range of tools such as websites, promotions, gamification, analytics, SEO, and targeted brand engagement through events and webinars.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute content marketing strategies for the entire project life cycle, including conferences and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, designers, and conference producers to ensure content is implemented effectively.
- Manage blogs, securing content from partners, editors, and exhibitors to drive engagement.
- Fulfil media deals, contribute to direct marketing, and support social media initiatives.
- Database filtering and segmentation to optimize targeted marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the social media and digital marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the B2B industry and events.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
- Independent worker with a proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership of key projects.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills are essential.
- Graduated to degree level or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, English, or a similar field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in both Windows and Mac operating systems, including PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Flexible in approach and able to amend hours as required to suit business needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
