**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services
- Establish, develop, and maintain professional relationships with existing and new clients
- Follow up on assigned accountsCollaborate with the team to achieve better results

**Requirements**:

- Research and generate leads for the sales team
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in EnglishExcellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learning speed and a passion for salesSelf-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.Ability to work under pressure

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a sales administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and cross-functional departments.
- Familiarity with sales processes, order processing, and sales support activities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in sales administration or customer service roles is preferred.
