This job requires someone to be Young, Energetic, Very Creative and Flexible. Proven experience as an office Administrator, office Assistant or Relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic Accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments For the Director And Team.

Getting quotes from suppliers and arranging meetings with them for Director.

Filling all paperwork before deadlines. Keep track of all the work carried out in factory and what's upcoming. All Paperwork's for export to be kept organised.

Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.

Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Working for export company means there will be long hours at times.

normal hours will be 10am to 7pm

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
