IT Trainer

Conduct IT skills gap analyses
- Design technical manuals using simple language
- Conduct role-specific training
- Research and recommend learning
- Train new employees/Freshers on proper use of hardware and software
- Evaluate the effectiveness of each educational session
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum and materials

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Traineror similar role
- Experience designing technical course material
- Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly
- BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
