**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Management**:

- Oversee the installation, inspection, and maintenance of fire fighting systems and equipment, including fire extinguishers, fire alarms, sprinklers, and other fire safety devices.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of fire fighting personnel to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular training sessions for fire fighting teams to enhance their skills and preparedness.
- **Fire Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that all fire safety measures are in place and functioning correctly at the site.
- Conduct regular fire drills and emergency response exercises to ensure preparedness in case of an emergency.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with fire safety regulations and guidelines as per local and national standards.
- **Inspection and Reporting**:

- Perform regular inspections of fire fighting systems and equipment to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and any incidents that occur.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on fire safety compliance, incidents, and corrective actions taken.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Coordinate with site management, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure fire safety measures are integrated into all aspects of the project.
- Liaise with local fire departments and emergency services to ensure a coordinated response in case of fire emergencies.
- Communicate fire safety policies and procedures to all site personnel and contractors.
- **Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certification in Fire and Safety or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards.
- Relevant experience in fire fighting supervision or a similar role.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in managing fire fighting operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Experience in conducting fire drills, training sessions, and emergency response planning.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify potential fire hazards.
- Proficiency in using fire safety equipment and tools.
