Powder Coater

**Job Outline**

Powder Coater will Plan, set up, perform, and coordinate the activities of team of employees engaged in coating operations of metal furniture products. Follow standard methods and procedures or verbal instructions, improvising as necessary with little or no supervision. Powder Coater reports to the Plant Manager and is primarily responsible for work assignments, training quality and plant safety on the assigned shift.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
1. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the plant.
2. Responsible for maintaining productivity in powder coating of material at a prescribed level of quality.
3. Operate all coating equipment including guns, hoppers and booth collection systems.
4. Ensuring paint booth and powder coating equipment is organized and clean.
Perform preventative maintenance to equipment - cleaning nozzles, checking/replacing worn or broken components, and as needed assist in troubleshooting malfunctions.

**Skills Required**:
1. Able to read, write, and perform basic math & analysis. Work from schedules, specification and the use of measuring devices and interpretation on the observed data.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with employees and supervisors
3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Education & Experience**
1. Diploma or ITI
2. At least 3 years of Manufacturing experience in powder coating required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
