Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities, medical history, and personal goals.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating a range of physiotherapy techniques and modalities.
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and techniques to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall function.
- Educate patients and their caregivers on proper exercise techniques, mobility aids, and strategies for managing their condition at home.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
- Document patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately and timely.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice, maintaining patient confidentiality and dignity at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in physiotherapy techniques, research, and best practices through continuing education and professional development.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment during home visits, following infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state/provincial license to practice as a physiotherapist.
- Previous experience in homecare or community-based physiotherapy preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physiotherapy assessment and treatment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a commitment to promoting independence and empowerment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to travel to patients' homes and work variable hours as needed.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
- CPR and first aid certification may be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week

- Rotational shift
