**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- **Document Management**: Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.
- **Office Coordination**: Assist in coordinating office activities and operations, including managing office supplies, handling mail, and overseeing office maintenance.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input and update data into company databases and spreadsheets, ensuring information is current and correct.
- **Visitor Management**: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
- **Support to Teams**: Assist various departments with administrative tasks, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Assist with the coordination of travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for staff as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
