Educate Girls currently operates successfully in over 20,000+ villages in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. By leveraging the Government’s existing investment in schools and by engaging with a huge base of community volunteers, Educate Girls helps to identify, enrol and retain out-of-school girls and to improve foundational skills in literacy and numeracy for all children (both girls and boys). This helps deliver measurable results to a large number of children and avoids parallel delivery of Services.

**Position Overview**:
The Incumbent is responsible for Guest House Management-maintaining guesthouse of company and providing facilities to the guests for comfortable stay. Also support line manager in Adm. functions, as required.

**Position Key Responsibilities**:

- Keeping the Guest House in an organized manner
- Cleaning and maintaining hygiene in premises
- Greet Guests and allocate them rooms as per the availability and update about the same to Admin Assistant
- Arranging Tea, Coffee and Food (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) for guests
- Make arrangements in case of a meeting
- Keeping record of all the materials/items used in guest house
- Maintaining all types of registers (check-in/check-out, food entry - amount collection etc.) and reporting it to District Logistics Specialist
- Maintaining discipline in guest house
- Monitor and maintain guest house supplies
- Timely settlements of bills of procurements related to guest house supplies
- Perform work related errands as requested such as helping in office work in absence of office assistant / guests
- Any other Adm. Duty assigned by line manager

**Personality**: Self-driven, result-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality output. Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders. Empathic communicator, ability to see things from the other person's point of view. Ability to get along with variety of individuals and a team-player. No travel required.

**Work Life Balance**: Must be mature and domestically secure. Able to manage travel without upsetting domestic situation. Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.

**Preferred Education Background**:

- High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality
- Fluent in Hindi & English and basic knowledge of local dialect.

**Preferred Work Experience**:

- 1-2 Experience in be a caretaker in a Guest house, Cooking & House Keeping
