**Conecc Industries**, a leading manufacturer of premium AAC blocks, is looking for an experienced **Store cum Purchase Executive** to join our dynamic team in **Hospet**. If you excel in inventory management, vendor negotiations, and purchasing processes, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee stock levels and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Maintain and monitor reorder levels to ensure seamless operations.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates and favorable terms.
- Conduct rate analysis to optimize procurement costs.
- Ensure timely and efficient purchasing of materials required for production.
- Manage and maintain store operations efficiently.
- Utilize **Tally ERP 9** for inventory and purchasing workflows.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in:

- Stock management
- Store operations
- Vendor negotiations
- Rate analysis
- **Education**: Bachelor's Degree (minimum).
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Tally ERP 9**.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
