**Job Title**: Remote Desktop Publishing (DTP) Operator

**Job Overview**: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DTP (Desktop Publishing) Operator to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, formatting, and preparing various documents for both print and digital distribution. You will collaborate with our creative and production teams to ensure high-quality outputs that align with our brand standards. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while managing multiple projects efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Document Formatting**:

- Create, format, and design documents for print and digital media.
- Ensure all designs meet company or brand guidelines and technical specifications.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Use desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and other design tools.
- Edit and refine text, images, and graphical elements as required.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and project managers to produce accurate, high-quality documents.
- Follow feedback and instructions from the design team to ensure adherence to production processes.
- **Print-Ready Files**:

- Prepare files for printing, ensuring correct color correction, resolution, and other print specifications.
- Handle pre-press tasks, including proofing and reviewing final materials before sending them to print.
- **Quality Control**:

- Maintain high standards for the visual quality of all work, including typography, image resolution, and layout consistency.
- Double-check all documents for errors before print or publishing deadlines.
- **Time Management**:

- Manage multiple projects at once while meeting strict deadlines.
- Keep files organized and maintain an efficient workflow in a remote environment.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a DTP Operator role or similar position.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Strong expertise in desktop publishing software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW).
- Knowledge of printing techniques and standards (pre-press, color separation, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for web publishing is a plus.

**Soft Skills**:

- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration and receiving feedback remotely.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while working from home.
