**Your profile**
- Machine Shop Engineer(Hydro-test) would be responsible for carrying out complete hydro-test activityas per testing procedure including assembly of enclosures, pressurizingcomponents, pressure monitoring, make testing record.
- Meet the requirements ofDrawings, SOPs and other Quality documents.
- Will independently workon shop floor for completion of IGC components assembly and hydro-testing
- Effective planning ofactivities to meet internal and customer hydro-test deadlines
- Lead and guide team workersof IGC hydrotest procedure and assign daily work
- Keep the track ofProduction schedules and take necessary steps to meet final delivery date.Follow-up with planning/stores and pull material.
- Suggest methods tominimize / eliminate unproductive works and rework in shop activities.
- Maintain E.M.S. &Q.M.S. systems in the department. Strictly adhering to safety procedures andregulations
- Maintains continuityamong work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.

**Your Qualification**
- Componentdrawing/procedure reading and understanding of technical requirements.
- Knowledge & hands onuse of Measuring Instruments & Gauges
- Experience of using NewGeneration Pneumatic & Hydraulic tools
- Understanding of QualityCheck lists and History card/records.
- Problem Solving skills
- Ability to work as partof a team
- Safe Handling andLoading/Unloading of Heacy Components
- Basic knowledge of QMS -ISO 9000, 14001, 18000
- Know-how of WorkshopSafety aspects and 6S
- Awareness of IndustrialSafety Rules
